Outdoor group fitness
Semi-Private or Small Group Training is ideal for groups of friends or family members who want to have fun, get in a sweat, and save money on fitness training! Sessions are based on the entire group rather than individual fitness goals. It's a great way to motivate each other and hold each other accountable! Training is available for all ages from youth to seniors, and for all fitness levels from beginner to athletes. Outdoor groups can be anywhere between 2-10 individuals per group.

YOUTH FITNESS GROUPS
Strength and conditioning sessions are important components to building your young athlete in any sport. Outdoor group sessions are perfect for kids to get together and have a fun, efficient workout with agility workouts no matter what sport they play. Groups must be within the same 1-2 year age difference, with similar athletic ability. Ages 8+ with 3-10 kids per group.
